Any tools that you are not 100% satisfied with can be exchanged or replaced or refunded, provided the reason why you are not satisfied and we will process the operation without any issues.

In order to do so, please contact us within a three (3) days period after you have received your order. We will then provide you with instructions on refund or exchanges.

If the new tool(s) is/are of a different price, then we will provide you with a refund or an easy way to pay the difference.

At ToolsBlock Store we believe that our customers are more than just numbers. We stand by our tools and we want you to love them as much as we do. This means that if you are not satisfied with your product, then neither are we.

We welcome anyone who’s unhappy with his or her purchase to return them for a refund. In order to do so, please contact us within a three (3) days period after you have received your order. We will then provide you with a refund.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed and we will surely refund in any submission that have issues. 

REPLACEMENTS

All of our tools undergo rigorous quality testing before they are delivered out. We do, however, offer an easy replacement policy in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty tools.

Simply contact us with pictures and information about the damage(s) or the issue you have. Once we have received the required information, we will send out a replacement or refund as soon as possible
